If you would like to book a show for your band at the Hotel Utah, please send us email. Your message should include information such as links to your band's website, links to MP3s or other music files, bios, and your recent tour or show history. Please do not send music files or photos unless we request them. Email our bookers here. Advancing Information Stage Dimensions: 19' x 9' Weeknights: Headliner loads in at 7 p.m. Sound check at 8 p.m. Opener loads in at 7:30 p.m., Sound check at 8:30 p.m. Weekends: Headliner loads in at 6:30 p.m., Sound check at 7:00 p.m. Opener loads in at 7:30 p.m., Sound check at 8:00 p.m. Sound: Ask the bartender or door person to direct you to the House Sound Manager. San Francisco Sign Posting Regulations If you are booked to play The Hotel Utah Saloon and intend to post flyers or signs in San Francisco to advertise your show, we request that you comply with sign posting restrictions contained in the San Francisco Public Works Code. You may be assessed a fine if you post signage on certain specified light poles and other structures.
